England Golf undertook a full rebranding exercise on two occasions, the second of which involved providing a brand to unite the amateur bodies for men’s (EGU) and women’s (EWGA) golf.
Initial design concepts worked with the existing visuals of both organisations but also suggested some new themes.
The approved solution was a merger of aspects of both traditions, keeping the English rose to retain brand continuity for both bodies but with a more streamlined contemporary slant. A full detailed brand manual was produced and this supported a range of amateur golf initiatives: website, print, digital and merchandising implementations, plus the Golfmark program, England Golf Clubhouse and Member benefits programs amongst many others.
